Terms and conditions
The Seller is grahamskitchens.com to whom all payments become due for goods and services provided.
The Purchaser is the individual, firm or limited company from whom an order has been accepted and who becomes responsible for payment for goods and services provided.
The goods and services to be supplied are only as specified in the acceptance of the order. Any subsequent changes in the specification will be the subject of an additional charge.
The contract is established when The Seller accepts and confirms the order.
Items ordered, made or modified to meet The Purchaser's requirements may not be cancelled, unless such cancellation shall be agreed by The Seller.
Projected delivery dates are quoted in good faith but are given only for guidance. The Seller shall not be liable for any consequential loss due to delays in delivery arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to failure by its own suppliers to deliver on time, goods damaged in transit, or goods which have to be replaced for any reason.
In the event of goods damaged during delivery, The Seller shall not be liable to replace goods unless the damage is either noted on the courier's delivery documents, or reported to The Seller within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Goods found to be faulty, to have a manufacturing defect within 12 months of delivery, or to be not of merchantable quality, will be replaced or repaired without charge during the warranty period, depending on the nature of the fault.
Goods to be replaced due to damage in transit, manufacturing faults or for any other reason will be subject to normal delivery lead times quoted for the original order. Although every effort will be made to reduce these times, no liability for consequential loss can be entertained due to delays in supplying these replacements.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of The Purchaser.
